Maintenance Technician
As the representative of our company to the residents, our Maintenance technicians maintain the physical condition of each property and daily work orders. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, general maintenance of all buildings, completing resident work orders, maintaining curb appeal, and preparing apartments for new move-ins.
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a vehicle to get to and from work
Should have basic plumbing and electric knowledge
HVAC background a huge plus but not required
Need to have your own basic tools
Previous maintenance experience is very helpful
